Whether you are looking for Manga books, action figures, designer toys, comics, clothing or merchandise, from all over the world, you'll find it at Forbidden Planet.

Called in this morning to pick up a few comics for my collection and the two staff that were working were extremely helpful and friendly. I used to visit the one in London when I was a teenager so I was pleasantly surprised to find one in Hanley!

They took time to go through everything with me to find what I was looking forward to and following conversation abour the kind of comic books and music I'm into even recommended a number of new reads and websites I could find out info on upcoming releases and other related things. They have all sorts of stuff, from mainstream stuff like Doctor Who, Marvel, DC, Simpson's, TWD etc, to the more obscure stuff. An excellent range of comic books and graphic novels, and a huge range of memorabilia / collectables, and a nice selection of board games.

The march is great, shirts, hoodies, figures, and stacks of comics and posters. The shop is bright and airy, set amongst a small handful of like minded stores. Very cool 😎 Mine and my girlfriends favourite shop to visit when ever we go to town.

They have a massive selection of nerdy stuff available.

The staff have always seemed very nice and the shop always looks good. The quality of the one piece figures we bought in there were amazing and the giant selection of manga and comics are also amazing.

It's easy to stumble on things you never knew before while browsing this store which you may end up loving.

This place is an absolute gold mine for anything from pop vinyl to comics!

Had a blast and could have spent literally hours browsing through pop vinyls alone !
